This lovely cookbook is a barrage of recipes, brilliant photos and a detailed anthropological tour of Senegal. Ah, you know were Senegal is, right? I confess, I did not but now I do and this book makes me want to journey there. And while that journey may be a ways off, Suzen and I can begin enjoying the food now.
