We’ll be here testing recipes, reading cookbooks, and blogging the best in books and recipes for you. That picture? It’s caponata from our trip last April to Sicily. I’ll post the recipe tomorrow. We’ll be traveling again in 2019. I want to go back to Sicily. Suzi wants Portugal. So, I’ll be posting Portugese recipes, both before and after our trip. We’ll be in Nashville next fall for culinary conference Suzi attends. Oh, July will have us back in Maine for the Kneading Conference. And next holiday season, it’s going to be Berline or Budapest. Suzi and I are in the midst of discussions.
